We seek to promote efficient oil, gas and marine business transactions through professional business practices and leveraging on technological developments.
We generally adopt a project team approach in the execution of any project, making necessary adjustments to meet the peculiarities of each project. All necessary surveys, checks, maintenance repairs and other intervention as may be required are accomplished by using the most skilled and experienced personnel within the organization or sourced externally as necessary, in order to assure the best quality of services to the client. Coordination of different aspects of the job is done through onsite supervisory personnel and others involved with the safety, logistics and quality control/quality assurance.

Due Diligence and knowing our counterparty is key in all our transactions. As a measured and conservative approach to our risk management, it is important for Bakken Energy Resources to know our potential business partners before we proceed.

Our KYC evaluation is designed to understand our counterparty’s commercial objectives, motives, strength and compliance standing. It also extends to understand the dynamics of the transaction within our own sense of ethics into our assessment, most often as a means to serve, rather than to police our clients.

With our activities, we recognize the issues associated with sourcing product areas that are affected by conflict and governance issues. To mitigate this issue, Bakken Energy Resources has put in place procedures to conduct various levels of due diligence in all its operations around these jurisdictions. Bakken Energy Resources regularly investigates its commodities supply chain to help ensure that we are in no way in business with people or governments that contribute to human rights abuses.
